CHICKEN MEATBALLS IN
CREAMY CHEESE SAUCE

Servings: 4
Ingredients:
12 oz ground chicken
1/3 cup rice
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded
cheese
1 medium onion
Fresh parsley (or
other herbs)
Salt & pepper to taste
Steps for Cooking:
Gather all the ingredients before
starting.
Cook the Rice: Rinse the rice thoroughly
and boil it in at least 250 ml (1 cup) of
water until almost soft (about 15
minutes). Add a pinch of salt while
cooking. Drain, rinse, and let the rice
cool.
Finely dice the onion into small cubes.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, diced onion, and cooked
rice. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix well.
Finely chop the parsley (or use dill or green onions) and mix it into the
meatball mixture.
Form the Meatballs: Wet your hands with water and shape the mixture
into round meatballs. Place them in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to
180°C (350°F). Bake the meatballs for 10 minutes.
Make the Sauce: Mix grated cheese and heavy cream in a bowl. Add
black pepper to taste and stir well.
Combine & Bake: Remove the meatballs from the oven and pour the
sauce over them. Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 1520 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Serve: Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve hot. Enjoy! s
