Ingredients
1 baguette, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 ripe peaches, sliced
1 ball burrata cheese
Fresh basil leaves
Hot honey or regular honey
Salt & black pepper
Optional Garnish
Balsamic glaze
Crushed pistachios

How to Make It
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet,
brush lightly with olive oil, and toast for 8–10 minutes until crisp
and golden around the edges.
2. Top each crostini with fresh peach slices and gently tear burrata
over the top for a creamy texture.
3. Drizzle lightly with honey, then garnish with fresh basil, cracked
black pepper, and a pinch of flaky sea salt to enhance the sweet
and savory flavors.
4. Finish with balsamic glaze or crushed pistachios for extra richness
and crunch. Serve immediately while the crostini are still warm
and crisp.
