Dear Friends,
Spring is a season of renewal, and it feels especially meaningful as we
welcome 2026 — a year already marked by new successes and bold beginnings for Homestead Road. In Minneapolis, we look forward to longer days
and fresh energy in the air, while in Florida, our team enjoys sunshine and
coastal blooms. No matter where we are, spring reminds us of new life, new
beginnings, and new hope.
Over the past months, we’ve taken important steps forward, expanding our
footprint and welcoming new real estate companies into the Homestead
Road family. A major milestone was the acquisition of Twin Cities Home
Buyers — our 昀椀rst step toward building a scalable, professional, and trusted
昀椀x-and-昀氀ip platform under our brand. This is more than a transaction; it’s
a foundation for our long-term vision of creating a modern residential real
estate company that delivers consistent value to homeowners, investors, and
the communities we serve. With growth comes new responsibility, and we
embrace it with con昀椀dence and purpose.
As many of you know, I’ve long been a student and admirer of Stoic philosophy, with its focus on clarity, discipline, and personal responsibility. As we
step into this new season, I’d like to share a quote that continues to guide
me in both life and leadership. In Meditations, Marcus Aurelius reminds
us: “Everything depends on how you interpret it.” It’s a simple but powerful
truth. Our mindset shapes our reactions, our decisions, and ultimately our
results.
