2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought, to taste)
All-purpose adobo seasoning
Chili powder
Smoked paprika
Garlic powder
Cilantro 昀氀akes
Black pepper
For Assembly
Large burrito-size 昀氀our tortillas
Baby arugula
Diced tomatoes
Diced red onion
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
How to Make the BBQ Chicken Wrap
01. Season the chicken with adobo seasoning, chili powder, smoked
paprika, garlic powder, cilantro 昀氀akes, and black pepper.
02. Pan-fry the chicken until golden and fully cooked, then toss
generously with BBQ sauce.
03. Lay a tortilla 昀氀at on a clean surface.
04. Layer the ingredients about 1 inch from the edge: arugula,
tomatoes, BBQ chicken, red onion, and cheese.
05. Wrap it up: Fold the bottom 昀氀ap over the 昀椀lling, tuck in the
sides, and roll tightly. Place seam-side down.
