ONE SEASON. SO MANY WAYS TO ENJOY IT.
Minnesota doesn’t give us an endless fall — and maybe that’s part of
its charm. For a few brilliant weeks, the state comes alive with
colorful leaves, crisp mornings, orchards, festivals and scenic drives
before winter arrives.
Make the most of it by staying flexible. Fall colors peak at different
times across the state, so check current color reports before planning
a road trip. Dress in layers, book popular attractions early and leave
room for spontaneous stops at overlooks, trails, cafés and small
towns.
So take the drive. Visit the exhibition. Pick the apples. Stay out a little
later. And when Minnesota gives you one of those perfect 60-degree
October afternoons, go enjoy it while it lasts.
