Dear Friends,
I’m so glad to welcome you to this winter edition of Feel the Joy — a place
where we share real estate insights, smart homeowner tips, and the stories
that connect us.
I want to start on a personal note. While most folks were just starting to pull
out their cozy sweaters and hot cocoa, my winter started early… in the Arctic.
Yes, you read that right! I kicked off autumn standing on top of the world,
ful昀椀lling a lifelong dream. It was cold, surreal, and absolutely unforgettable.
What draws me to places like that — the wild, uncharted, and unexpected — is
the same thing that drives how I live and work. I don’t choose the easy paths.
I choose the meaningful ones. Because growth lives outside the comfort zone.
As we step into the 昀椀nal months of 2025, many of us are chasing goals we set
back in January — trying to reach what we hoped for but haven’t yet achieved.
But sometimes, it’s just as important to pause. To appreciate how far we’ve
come. To enjoy the moment.
And we’ve had plenty to celebrate. This year, Homestead Road was honored
as one of the Best Places to Work in Minnesota. We showed up big at the
Minnesota State Fair. And most importantly, we grew our team — with people
who believe in the mission and bring heart to everything we do. That kind of
momentum is worth savoring.
However you choose to spend this season, may this magazine offer a breath
of fresh air, a spark of inspiration, and a reminder that joy is always within
reach.
