the most positive energy?

The people, hands down. Walking
into the of昀椀ce each morning and
seeing the team ready to collaborate — it’s the best motivation there
is. We all share the same goal of
moving forward together, and that
sense of unity fuels my energy every
single day.
We recently helped a customer
whose son was losing a battle with
his health. Selling his home quickly would ease several challenges
for the family. With the help of our
partner, TitleSmart, we were able
to close within 昀椀ve days. Two days
later, the family called to share
that their son had passed. They
expressed deep gratitude for my
responsiveness, our company’s willingness to act quickly and fairly, and
for everything we brought to the
table during such a dif昀椀cult time.
What two or three words might your
past customers use to describe
working with you?
I think they’d say empathetic, innovative, and positive. I try to bring
creativity and understanding to
every interaction.
How does it feel when you receive
positive feedback from customers?
It reinforces my belief that I am in
the right 昀椀eld, doing things the right
way, and providing a key service to
the clients who choose to work with
me. I feel this re昀氀ects positively
on our company and strengthens
our brand.
