What part of your job brings you
the most joy?
What two words would your clients
use to describe you?
Honestly, it’s the people. The collaboration with my team, and especially the relationships I build with
clients who are going through major
life changes. For me, it’s never just
about houses. It’s about helping
people move forward with clarity
and compassion.
I think they’d say I’m patient and
compassionate. I really try to meet
people where they are, without
pressure or judgment.
How does it feel when you receive
positive feedback from customers?
It’s incredibly ful昀椀lling. It reaf昀椀rms
my belief that if you focus on doing
what you love — and serving others
well — success naturally follows.
Do you have a customer story that
stands out in your memory?
Absolutely. One that really touched
me was a recent widow who owned
two properties in rural Minnesota.
She needed to sell both quickly
so she could adopt a 13-year-old
girl and buy a new home to start
their life together. Many companies
wouldn’t work in her area — but we
do. I spent hours listening to her
story and doing everything I could
to help her make it happen. She
sold the 昀椀rst property with us, and
the process went so smoothly that
she decided to sell the second one
through us as well. Today, she’s a
mom again, with a fresh start and
a new sense of purpose.

estate to her new leadership role, Kim brings not
only skill, but a sense of
heart that inspires everyone
