You recently stepped into a new
role. Tell us about that — and your
history with Homestead Road.
How did you 昀椀rst get into real
estate, and what were you doing
before that?
In October, I of昀椀cially became the
Senior Disposition Manager, which
has been an exciting new chapter.
But I’ve actually been with Homestead Road for over seven years
now. This role allows me to apply
my real estate background in new
ways — to support our clients more
deeply and help guide deals with
purpose and precision.
I started my real estate career in
1999 and brie昀氀y stepped away
during the 2008 market crash. Before that, I worked in sales and
customer service, which made real
estate a natural 昀椀t. As a mom of four,
I was also drawn to the 昀氀exibility
and balance the industry offers.
What 昀椀rst brought you
to Homestead Road?
Before joining, I was co-owner of
a company with a similar model.
After I had my fourth son, managing the entire business on my own
became too much. I did my research
and discovered that Homestead
Road’s mission and values aligned
so closely with mine. I could still
form those meaningful client relationships —something I love deeply — but without bearing the full
weight of operations. It just made
perfect sense.
